As a Marketing Associate Manager, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing plans for the company. Your role will involve launching, monitoring, and managing all campaign activations and marketing-related activities. You will work with a team dedicated to selling and serving affordable, quality products aimed at improving the lives of families living in Cavite, and beyond.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategies:
- Provide help in creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the target market and location.
- Identify target audiences and develop strategies and campaigns to effectively increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and promote customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to synchronize marketing efforts to achieve sales target.
Campaign Management:
- Launch and manage marketing campaigns across all platforms digital, print, out-of-home advertising, and social media platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are implemented on schedule and within the budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand image within the local market.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Oversee brand-related projects, including packaging design and promotional materials.
Content and Social Media Management:
- Oversee the development of marketing content, including advertising copy, and social media updates.
- Ensure all content is engaging, relevant, and appropriate.
Event Management:
- Plan, manage and execute company events; sponsorships, partnerships, or launches.
- Coordinate and oversee all the needed materials for the event booth, collaterals, etc.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior, trends, and preferences.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions specific to the target location and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, with at least 5 Years experience as a marketer in the QSR Food or FMCG Industry
- Graduate of Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Economics is preferred
- Has a Strong Passion for a Noble Causes, willing to put in the Start-Ups
- Analytical and has the Leadership Mindset to drive change and systemic innovation
- Goal-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and persistent
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- Able to recommend practical and appropriate ways of managing resources efficiently
- Flexible in work schedule and location, but preferably resides near Lancaster New City in Cavite
