The
Associate HR Manager will handle end-to-end delivery of HR services covering talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, employee engagement, and HR admin. The position will be based in Makati City on an on-site work setup.
Ensures timely processing of employee requisitions based on the approved manpower headcount.
- Ensures the proper sourcing, selection and hiring of probationary and outsourced candidates
Ensures the proper and timely submission and filing of employment requirements
- Compensation and Benefits
Ensures the accurate, timely, proper filing, processing and recording of statutory and company given benefits, i.e., Social Security System, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, and Bureau of Internal Revenue, vacation and sick leaves, etc.- Oversees the proper maintenance and update of the 201 files for fast and easy retrieval.
Facilitates and coordinates the proper documentation and execution of employee movements, e.g., transfer, promotion, etc.
- Provides mechanism and approaches to enable the organization to draw the best possible results from its human resources that covers reward programs, job organization design, career management and staffing.
Oversees, coordinates and ensures the proper implementation of employee regularization and performance appraisal and recommends proper action to line managers to top management.
- Training and Organizational Development
Conducts standard new employee orientation and other on-boarding training and requirements for new employees.- Prepares the yearly Training Plan for budget approval.
Provides assistance and advice to management in assessing and identifying work situations that need proper interventions.
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis to assess competency requirements
Handles performance management for probationary employees as well as annual appraisal
- Employee Relations Services
Maintains high morale, enthusiasm, and loyalty to promote good understanding and cooperation among employees, and to create a sense of belonging for all employees to work toward a common goal.- Promotes harmonious long-term relations between employees and Management.
Plans and implements year-round activities and special events / celebrations.
- Ensures compliance with the existing rules, policies, and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Business Administration or other related courses
- Knowledgeable on the following: Statutory rules and regulations; Talent Planning, Recruitment, Hiring and Termination; Salary Structure Management and Payroll Administration; Development of Performance Evaluation Tools, Metrics and Administration; Due Process Administration, application of Labor laws and HR-related corporate policies; Development, evaluation and administration of training programs
At least five (5) years related work experience handling end-to-end HR services or as an HR Generalist- With at least 1 year of experience as HR Business Partner, directly coordinating with senior leaders
