Your day at NTT DATA
The Alliance Graduate Hire is responsible for providing administrative support to the alliance lead, ensuring smooth internal operations and effective coordination with various departments. This role involves handling internal communications, maintaining activity tracker, and assisting with the execution of alliance-related activities.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication with other departments by managing internal emails, memos, and announcements. Schedule and organize internal meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update internal activity tracker per partners, partnership records (certificates and trainings), and partner filing systems.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute internal documents, reports, and presentations related to alliance activities.
- Support Services: Provide administrative support to the alliance lead, including handling training/enablement arrangements, event expense reports, and scheduling.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to alliance management.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing internal events and activities related to partnerships and alliances.
Qualifications:
- Education: College Graduate; additional qualifications in office administration or business management are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office management software and tools.
- Familiarity with internal communication platforms.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with a standard 40-hour work week.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
