Managing recruiter capacity while brining innovative ideas and techniques to the Recruiting function
Leading diversity and employer branding initiatives partnering with the HR team and business leaders.
Recruit, hire and support the training and development of inshore and offshore recruiters
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies for attracting and hiring talent
Act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers providing insights into talent and market
Qualifications
8+ years of recruiting experience
Possess a leadership track record with 5+ years in a leadership position
Experience building and managing high-performing teams, including setting goals, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous development
Demonstrated experience in effectively engaging and hiring executive-level talent
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the company's goals and translate them into actionable recruiting plans
Proficiency with analyzing recruiting data, tracking metrics, identifying trends and evaluating effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data driven decisions
Communicating with impact. Experience working in an international company, interacting and communicating across various cultures and experience with managing a multi country scope.
