  • Resolve customer's inquiries quickly and effectively via email and social media platforms.
  • Be able to make decisions according to defined policies and procedures related to UnionBank Product and Services.
  • Effectively communicate to clients in a concise manner; be able to recognize client's disposition and adapt to a personalized service to clients.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in current workflow and be able to apply critical thinking in attaining effective and efficient solutions.
  • Interface effectively with other internal client/s and units to achieve the quickest possible solution for a client request or concern. Be able to escalate to person in charge if the need arises.
  • Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives while ensuring optimum client satisfaction.
