- order fulfillment which includes order management, invoicing and logistics (for LSDX Large pack, consumable and reagents order)
- support the service organization.
- identify and respond to customer's/sales inquiries or concerns and ensure prompt resolution to customer's satisfaction.
- generate PO for local supplies that is bundled to instruments.
- update customer on the status of order and date of delivery.
- ensure timely reporting of orders, sales, and backlog performance.
- coordinate with customs broker for the customs clearance and delivery of goods.
- check estimate computation of duties and taxes.
- coordinate with Finance to release credit block before we proceed to deliver the goods.
- manage order fulfilment and timely shipment delivery to customers.
- facilitates and coordinates Returned Material Authorization (RMA) as necessary.
