So, what's the role all about
The Associate Client Services Project Manager assists the Project Manager in planning, executing, and successfully completing projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include organizing project activities, acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts and third-party contractors, defining project objectives, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the project's life cycle for smooth and efficient execution.
How will you make an impact
Coordinate day-to-day operational procedures for projects.
Provide analytical and technical support to Project Manager and clients with minimal supervision.
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Maintain project records, lists, or files; prepare reports and evaluate project effectiveness.
Provide computer support for departmental/project objectives; determine appropriate software.
Liaise with business to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.
Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Have you got what it takes
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in project management or related field.
Previous experience supporting Project Managers in project delivery.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency, solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
