About the role:
iHeartMedia is building a dynamic center of excellence for digital sales support and campaign management - the
Associate Campaign Manager will serve as a key role for the company's client success department, specializing in
digital campaign pre-sale, order entry and execution. This team will be responsible for performing at a high level of
quality, speed, and accuracy within a centralized team.
What You'll Do: (Job Duties/Responsibilities)
As an Associate Campaign Manager on the Client Success - Markets team, you will support key digital campaigns in pre- and post-sale - from RFP response and order entry through campaign execution and reporting. On this team you will work cross-functionally and act as a liaison between teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to ensure successful onboarding and growth of accounts. Success in this position requires a great focus on providing best in class client service and ability to thrive in an ever-changing work environment.
Your responsibilities:
. Strong attention to detail as this is dealing with intricate orders, campaign performance and reporting.
. Demonstrates strong & proactive written & verbal communication skills. This is particularly important
since it is an in-take queue and requires clarifying questions with support teams, sales and ad operations
teams throughout fulfillment.
. Familiar with digital terms and products including but not limited to impressions, net cost, gross costs,
impression buffers, podcasts, streaming & banners.
. Time management skills: demonstrated ability to balance workload and communicate turn-times, as well
as any anticipated delays
. Self-starter, proactive in task completion as well as issue resolution
. Very comfortable with Outlook and Excel, and general software systems
Qualifications:

. At least 1 year of experience in the digital space
. Analytical, organized. results driven, you get things done.
. Great with numbers and don't want to work in finance.
. Great with excel and looking to use it in a dynamic way.
. Team-oriented. Problem solver. Cool under pressure.
. Sees the value of digital advertising and wants to work in space.
