Associate Account Officer - Commercial Banking (Metro Manila)

Job Description

• Handles the monitoring of the credit dealings and daily transactions of accounts using a systematic process flow.

• Management and administration of Accounts (Loan availments, payments, preparation of reports, updating of loan & other needed documents)

• Loan Documentation

• Assist Account Officer in CA / AS preparation

• Analyzes the target companies finances in order to offer them the correct bank facility which will suffice their operational or financial requirements

• Does financial, market and industry analysis to understand the soundness or riskiness of a prospective client before giving a lone facility

• Assists Account officer in preparing credit applications, renewals and other bank approvals

• Accommodates the various requests of clients such as Bank Letters of Credit requests, Trust Receipts Bookings, Short term loan borrowings, etc.

• Ensures that corporate clients comply with the various bank policies and requirements

• Handles appraisals, credit investigations and bank/trade checking of prospective and current clients

• Does monthly reports on the status of the portfolio of accounts which includes total borrowings against total facility, Rate of Returns, etc

• Other tasks are given from time to time.
