Responsibilities:- Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize, and project management training development and delivery requests.
Conducts any necessary train-the-trainer sessions for the curriculum they have developed for other trainers.- Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and within budget.
Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.
- Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials, and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready
Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.- Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face-to-face and remote
Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback
- Mentors new and existing trainers accordingly to ensure the quality of training is improved and maintained.
Minimum of 3 years experience with Training in a BPO company
- Experienced with end-to-end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)
At least 2 years experience managing trainers- Flexible with working on different shifts
Must have excellent English communication skills
