Responsible for achieving category sales and market share objectives for the assigned trade channels, through retail, shopper marketing strategy, and development of standards for in-store executions.
What you'll be doing
(DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Campaign Execution: Provide support in the organization, management, and implementation of trade shows and marketing campaigns designed to increase product awareness and sales in traditional retail establishments.
Collaboration
: Ensure that strategies are in line and that marketing campaigns are carried out smoothly at the point of sale by collaborating closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams.Retail Partner Relationships
: Establish and maintain excellent rapport with important retail partners, knowing their needs and ensuring that our brand and promotional efforts correspond with their goals.Visual Merchandising: Assist with creating and implementing visual merchandising standards and point-of-sale materials that improve brand visibility and encourage consumer interaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct frequent market analysis and competition monitoring to discover retail industry trends, opportunities, and potential dangers.
Budget Management:
Help efficiently allocate the trade marketing budget, ensure that programs are carried out within allotted resources, and produce a quantifiable return on investment.Reporting:
To assess efficacy and guide future marketing initiatives, regularly provide data and insights on campaign performance, sales trends, and ROI.
What skills & experience you'll bring to us (QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
With at least 3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
Willing to be assigned in Western Bicutan, Taguig City
