Serves as the program liaison and on-site administrator for recreation programs, activities and special events- Helps schedule and implement recreation programs, activities and special events.
Coordinate and supervise volunteers involved in programs, activities and special events
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support
Supervise and train employees- Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Train and develop staff to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.- Supervise and lead a team of operational staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
