Assist Store Supervisor in ensuring achievement of business targets in the store level through seamless daily operations. Acts as Store-In-Charge in the absence of Store Supervisor.- 100% achievement of store sales plan through timely and proper planning and communication with key support groups and consistent implementation on sales building and sales growth.
Provides feedback/ update to team on its sales performance and generate recommendations and interventions on how to effectively selling strategies.
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by practicing the set customer service standards while attending the customer's inquiries and needs.
Timely and consistent compliance to reports documentation as instructed by superiors.
