RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Assisting managing daily operations to ensure that sales goals are met
Guarantee member-customer satisfaction in attending to their needs and concerns and makes sure that these are properly addressed- Maintain orderly and presentable appearance of the store
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Provides guidance and sets an example for team members by ensuring all systems and policies are complied with.
Ensures every guest has a positive customer experience at all times. Responds proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.- Assist frontliners in facilitating customers needs and cashiering services
