• Job Purpose

Ensures growth and profitability of the company by providing quality customer and employee support services; guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling, accurate counter and treasury operations, effective supervision of store's transactions, constant monitoring, reordering & transferring of stocks; proactive team management and development; and consistent in reporting sales to management.

• Education and Experience

College graduate

• With at least three years of experience in sales operations

• Key Qualifications

Good English written & oral communication skills

• Personable & service-oriented. Self-motivated & results-oriented

High degree of integrity & commitment

• Demonstrates clear potential for assuming future Area Manager role

Pay: Php21,
