SIP, DINE and CHAT CAFE is currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to be assigned in Valenzuela City.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Manage day-to-day on-site/ operations of the caf.
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service on her shift
- Ensure all caf areas are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- Providing daily, weekly and monthly sales report.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Ad or equivalent
With at least 6 months of experience as Assistant Store/Cafe Manager/Shift Manager- Must have an excellent managerial, leadership, decision-making, communication, planning, time management and team work skills
Must be adaptable in new environment, if needed
