Job Responsibilities- Helps set plan for shops to achieve sales goal together with the Shop Manager.
Helps create Local Store Marketing and other promotions to increase shop sales and build brand awareness.- Facilitates timely and proper cash management of shops and checks proper use of revolving fund.
Conducts regular business reviews on shop performance (sales, profitability and cost efficiency vs. targets) to identify opportunities or formulate action plans to address gaps.
- Conducts, implements, & evaluates training for team to ensure sufficient staffing, compliance to company standards, policies and procedures.
Delivers strategic planning; monitors daily operations of shops, conduct business analysis and rectifies all deviations monthly.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Management or related.- Candidate must possess with at least 2 years experience in QSR, restaurant & retail industry.
Candidate must be knowledgeable in end-to-end store operations, creating P&L reports.
- Candidate must be analytic, possess good decision & problem solving skills.
