Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous guest service and effectively react to and resolve customer complaints.- Forecast, order, stock and merchandise products (upon completion of appropriate training)
Maintain a properly stocked, clean and friendly environment in the store
- Aid the reconciliation and completion of store operations daily paperwork
Support the franchisee to maximize sales and profits- Identify and resolve sales obstacles
Management, coaching and motivation of staff
- Assist in scheduling, training and coaching to develop top performing employees
Must be willing to be scheduled to work different shifts/days and be available to cover for absent staff- Be willing and capable, after appropriate training, to run the store in the absence of the franchisee.
