QUALIFICATIONS:- The candidate must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering.
At least one (1) year of work experience in construction related to the telecom industry;- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
Preferably with COSH and WAH training and certificates;
- The candidate must be a resident of Batangas or nearby provinces;
Knowledgeable in estimate/BOQ creation.
Supervise and monitor the site work progress to ensure that it is in compliance with the approved DDD and standards as per the client's requirements;- To make sure that daily progress reports are being complied with on client's preferred apps like ISDP, WhatApps, Viber, etc.
Coordinate with different departments, such as Design, QS, Purchasing, and site personnel;
- Track changes to the design and/or construction works and document them to support the VO claims;
Conduct site inspections as needed, but not limited to SKOM, pre-PAT, and PAT;- Ensure that the requirements for manpower payroll are in compliance with the apps being used.
To comply with the replenishment or liquidation of budgets requested,
- Assist purchasing in identifying local suppliers by providing the needed details and documents;
To ensure that correct materials are delivered in terms of specifications, quality, and quantity, and to be responsible enough to report any discrepancy;- To religiously collate all necessary and required close-out documents of the project;
To make sure that issued tools and equipment are well taken care of and to properly turn them over when not in use;
- To maintain a healthy and good working relationship within the department and with the clients;
To perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time.
- The position is urgent; candidates must be willing to start ASAP.
