Supervise and monitor the site work progress to ensure that it is in compliance with the approved DDD and standards as per the client's requirements.- To make sure that daily progress reports are being complied with on clients preferred apps like ISDP, WhatsApp, and Viber, to mention a few.
Estimate or forecast the cost of labor and materials needed for the project or the required budget and make the requisition of necessary tools, materials, and budget to ensure smooth work flow and on-time project completion.
- Coordinates with different departments such as design, QS, purchasing, and site personnel.
Conducts site inspections as needed, but is not limited to SKOM, pre-PAT, and PAT.- To comply with the replenishment and liquidation of budgets requested.
Tracks changes to the design and/or construction works and documents them to support the VO claims.
- To make sure that issued tools and equipment are well taken care of and to properly turn over when not in use.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
The candidate must be a graduate of civil engineering, electronic engineering, or any related engineering course.- Preferably a resident of Cebu
The candidate must be willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably with one (1) year of related telecom construction experience.
Computer literate
