Responsibilities: - Assists his superior in planning and organizing the overall activities of the Service Department in line with its objective of keeping the company's set quality and standards for regular and special service jobs of elevators and escalators.
Assists his superior in the preparation of contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and old projects without previous contract.- Assists in the preparation of the annual maintenance fee adjustment.
Prepares and submits correspondences and reports as required by his superior.
- Assists in the monitoring of the financial status of his department.
Reviews and checks any special service proposal made by the Sales Service Engineer or Supervisors.- Attends to meetings as needed by the client.
Forecasts and monitors the manpower requirement of his department.
- Trains and develops his men to ensure effective performance of their jobs and for personal growth.
Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time.
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed.- Must have at least five (5) years experience in elevator/escalator servicing works, and at least three (3) years of which is in a supervisory capacity.
Must have excellent communication, both written and oral English and Pilipino.
- Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization; with strong leadership skills.
Capable of training and teaching people.- Must possess a pleasant personality and good moral character.
