Job Description

Job Role:

The successful candidate will oversee and lead the activities of the Sales Department together with the Sales Manager as he/she will be responsible for developing and executing sales targets, and ensuring the team's overall success.
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
Trains Sales and Senior Sales Engineers and achieve the KPI (Division sales budget, target strategy).
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and support throughout the Sales Process.
Assist the Sales Manager by participating in negotiations, and ensuring feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
Be actively involved in commercial and technical discussion with customers, gather customers requirements, coordinate with factory on customers needs and submit solution proposal/s to prospects to maximize sales opportunities
  • Be responsible for end-to-end customer management and ensure the timely collection of receivables
Drive the Department's revenue growth by leading and grow business development.
  • Stay updated on competitors offerings and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive.
Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
Preferably with Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
  • At least three years of sales and managerial experience in the industrial field is required.
Possess strong technical knowledge of Inverters and Instruments, (e.g., Servo, PLC, HMI, Transmitter, Flowmeter, Gas Analyzer, etc.).
  • Proven sales track record in Drives and Automation business environment.
Strong background in distributors Business for inverters and Instruments.
  • Candidates with site work experience (e.g., Electrical work, testing, and commissioning, project management, etc.) are preferred.
Have good contact & network of prospective customers/ distributors/ consultants/ contractors in the Philippines.
  • Proven experience in senior sales, leadership roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php95,
  • 00 - Php105,000.00 per month
