Job Responsibilities:
- An Assistant Store Supervisor is accountable for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring all store personnel under his/her consistently delivers ultimate shopping experience. The Store Supervisor is responsible for selling floor leadership with the overall goal of customer satisfaction. He/She is accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, merchandising standards, store operations and development of assigned store personnel in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
With at least minimum 1 year experience as a Store Supervisor in the retail or food industry is preferred- With strong leadership qualities
Highly effective organizational skills, attentive to details
- Excellent written and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills- Preferably familiar with the demographics of area assigned
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPowerpoint
Onsite work in Makati
