Position Summary:The Junior Manager for Retail Marketing plays a key role in bridging the gap between brand strategy/vision and in-store execution. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Group Head, they will be working closely with the Marketing Team, providing operational oversight and coordination to ensure the timely and on-brand implementation of retail marketing initiatives across all company-managed offline (or physical) retail channels in the Philippines. Offline retail channels include stand-alone boutiques, in-line stores, pop-up shops, kiosks in malls; department store concessions, multi-brand concessions, specialty retail channels, and all other retail environments presence.
By leveraging their on-the-ground perspective of retail performance and sales trends, they will also play a vital role in capturing and communicating valuable insights to internal teams. These insights can inform and refine future retail marketing strategies, ensuring they remain relevant and effective for driving sales success.
Campaign Roll Out: Oversee the seamless coordination, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across retail channels.
- Marketing Materials & Assets: Provide support to the brand team and visual merchandising teams for coordination, distribution, and maintenance of marketing materials and branding elements for all retail channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards/guidelines.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data, foot traffic, basket size, and conversion rates against established metrics to identify optimization opportunities and generate insightful reports to track the performance of marketing initiatives across various retail channels.Local Area Marketing:
Proactively collaborate with internal teams, malls, and local area entities for impactful marketing initiatives, including but not limited to in-mall ads, creative installations, and in-mall activations.Shopper Marketing: Provide strategic input for shopper-focused initiatives, including but not limited to consumer promotions and in-store events/activations.
Able to think critically and creatively, with a strong understanding of retail marketing principles. With an ability to understand the brand DNA and a keen eye for ensuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
- Must have strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently but also enjoys collaboration across teams (brand, merchandising, visual merchandising, sales & operations, retail frontliners).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
With a degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Communication Arts or related fields would be strongly preferred.
- With at least 3-4 years of experience in a marketing or marketing operations or similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
