Monitor all restaurant operations according to scheduled shift
Ensure compliance to all standard for products and services and implement an efficient restaurant business plans to increase revenue for establishment.
Maintain control on all cash and credit card receipts according to all procedures. Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
Always engages and maintain customer satisfaction with service and products offered.
Prepare all paperwork and reports for schedule within required time frame
Maintain optimal level of equipment and implement an efficient preventative maintenance program
Managing all staff level and assigns tasks to employees on shift.
Employee behavioral issues, serious customer complaints, and other significant issues.
Enforces the proper disciplinary measures when subordinate employees fail to adhere to company policy.
Attend and participates in pre-shift briefing, general meetings, trainings, company events and in-store managers meetings.
Must be on time and remain on site for entire shift
Help to cover shift when other ROIC are day off.
Implements Code of Discipline to all employees.
Conduct performance evaluation following policies and procedures to be able to reward good performance, address deficiencies, and set performance targets to ensure job satisfaction and success on the job.
