Job Description- Oversee the Store Operations
Ensure that the assigned store is profitable- Opening and closing the restaurant.
Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety
Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback- Manage workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations.
Develop special, promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials and ensure adherence to local and company standards.
- Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity.- Maintain and ensure compliance to established food quality and standards
Willing to be assigned at One Ayala Makati.
