ABOUT THE ROLE- ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER*
We are looking for the perfect candidate who will be teaming up with the Restaurant Manager to maintain financial and administrative records, meet sales targets, ensures great customer satisfaction, and increase productivity by following restaurant policies. You are also in charge of managing the resources, monitoring labor and food costs, hitting the targets, ensuring store funds and sales are properly deposited and accounted for, implementing cash control procedures, and assisting in putting together financial reports. This role will also oversee the proper physical inventory by the end of the month.
Implementing company programs and restaurant strategies to gain customer loyalty and achieve sales targets is our main goal. You will ensure high-quality service, plan, and prepare to schedule, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance, implement cleanliness and sanitation protocols, and maintain compliance with government requirements. They also manage inventory, create promotions for product-related concerns, and recommend improvements to production and kitchen operations. You will enact company policies on discipline and food safety
To keep the restaurant running smoothly you must ensure that the team is properly staffed and you must mentor the team members to ensure consistency with restaurant standards and procedures.
