Job Title: Shift Manager (for an upscale resto/wine bar)
Work Location: Alabang
Salary: 23K plus SC average 9k-12k (every 15days), peak month SC ave 15k (every 15 days) - will range 45-50k (SC included)
The Shift Manager is an integral part of the Restaurant's team and will work closely with owners and clients to ensure successful sales and operations at retail location.
Job Specifications
- Following budgets and operational guidelines
Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to customers and patrons.- Create effective schedules and quickly resolve conflicts to ensure the location is well
staffed during peak hours.- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Assisting in and participating on promotional events.
Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for staff and patrons- Meet with clients to promote events in store
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A College degree of equivalent from a recognised institution
Five years or more experience in marketing and/or event planning Have exceptional organizational skills and time management
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Have a working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other MX Office
products

Pay: Php23,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
