- works jointly with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees.
assist in hiring of Managers and Officer level position- make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones.
responsible for overseeing the hiring process, updating procedures
- assist the Manager in supervising the team, and tracking metrics.
implement sourcing methods, advise on interviewing techniques, and build professional networks.
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of bachelor's degree preferably Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or any related course
At least with 5 - 7 vast experience both in Training and Recruitment
- Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills are essential.
Result-oriented and proactive.
