Qualification:- Has 10 yrs related experience
with experience handling residential Projects- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- preferably Civil Engineer
Assignment will be in Medellin, Cebu
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the project and report the progress status and the recommended solution to the project owner.- Provide up-to-date status reporting and forecast to management.
Work with internal and external stakeholders closely for technical proposal, solutions design, implementation planning.
- Direct and manage the assigned sub-contractor's works safety, quality and schedule.
Ensure project work plans are tracked and revise milestones as appropriate to meet changing requirements.- Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project engineers to report on project progress
Prepare and submit project accomplishment reports.
- Monitoring project progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality and Safety
Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project engineers- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
- Help in the implementation Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project- Direct workers and evaluate actual manpower loading against plan.
Recommend addition or reduction of manpower.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
