Location: MOA, Pasay

Your Role:

As an Assistant Project Finance Administration, you will:

  • Will focus on supporting their direct manager in performing the financial activities and functions of projects to ensure that the goals and objectives specified for the project are accomplished in a timely manner for the portfolio of projects they are assigned to as a team.

Under the direction of the Project Finance Administrator - Direct Manager

  • Set up projects and/or tasks in the project management system (BST) utilizing information such as PSC forms
  • Perform basic checks for new clients and set them up in BST
  • Generating specific timesheet reports as required
  • Timesheet approvals and time reporting
  • Update Contact details in BST for billing as per the contract
  • Review and Reconcile Subconsultant invoices in line with Purchase Order/ Requisition
  • Follow up timesheets with employees on weekly basis
  • Assist with Payment Allocation queries
  • Document Cheque payments and provide to PA/Receptionist for Banking
  • Attendance at the monthly Project Finance Administrator meetings
  • Monitoring debtor positions and assisting with collection process as directed by direct manager
  • Assisting with the raising of prebills and invoices for straight forward projects as directed by direct manager
  • Closing projects in BST once delivered and invoiced 100%
What You Need:

Non-negotiables:
  • Minimum of 2+ years financial experience (whether AR/AP or a role in the Finance Industry)
  • Ideal experience will have been with a company who delivers projects to clients so has had some exposure to project finance administration.

Preferred Skills:
  • Customer service orientated and delivery focused.
  • Excellent time management skills to work to set deadlines.
  • Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and prioritize a busy workload
  • Customer service orientated and delivery focused.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
