Assistant Procurement Manager Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Management of the team ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Contract tendering, negotiation, implementation. and management.
- Handle Marketing Collaterals
- Handle Gifts and premiums
- Handle Store decors and antiques
- Handle Packaging
- Champion a strategic sourcing process that will substantially reduce total procurement costs while achieving products/services quality, performance, and delivery expectations for internal and external customers
- Evaluate and enhance supplier performance, monitor supplier activity relative to pricing, contractual obligation, delivery, scheduling, and productivity

Assistant Procurement Manager Requirements and Qualifications_
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Supply chain or a related field from any accredited local or foreign institute.
- Minimum 3 years management experience in a centralized procurement environment.
- Experience to prepare procurement reports
- Mindset to efficiently perform assigned tasks with urgency
- Knows how to derive savings from purchases
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum or no supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Commercially focused and a keen eye for detail with strong analytical & numerical skills.
