Job Description:
- Plans/ leads and oversees all IT Section operations, technology and services.
- Develops and maintain system plans including operational and budget requirements and schedules.
- Consults with Department Heads and Top Management, recommends and implements hardware, software, applications and services to meet needs.
- Performs assessments on company systems to ensure proper operations and to identify any issues that need to be addressed.
- Develops process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Ensures system stability, data integrity, and network security.
- Monitors technical activities and ensuring consistency in methods, procedures, and adherence to established standards
- Monitors system and software applications based on requirements, function and use
- Tracks and monitors security of hardware and software systems.
- Provides system and hardware specifications and recommendations of new technology solutions to improve productivity.
- Evaluates and negotiates IT materials and equipment.
- As necessary, continually keeps up to date on internal applications and capabilities, new products, development tools, industry trends and methodologies.
- Make sure that the work being done in the IT section as per the policies and procedures set by the company management.
- Responsible for delegating and distributing workload to ensure staffing resources are properly distributed.
- Actively involved in terms of Digital Marketing Activities of the dealership.
- Continuously learn new skills and systems processes required in adapting to the new trend.
- Assists with troubleshooting of complex and specialized problems and needs.
- Performs employee evaluations for IT Staff.
- Participates in various Kaizen Activities and 5S programs.
- Practices and promotes our 8 Core Values.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications: - Graduate of BS information Technology or Computer Science
Preferably with prior work experience as an IT manager or in a related position or at least 5 yrs experience- Strong knowledge of technical management and information analysis.
Excellent knowledge of hardware and software systems.
- In depth experience with computer network, network administration and installation.
Knowledge of the best practices in the industry.- Excellent communication, people and managerial skills.
Good time management and multitasking skills.
