Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

_Experience:_
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

_Brand Management:_
  • In-depth knowledge of brand management principles and best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and positioning.

_Creative Skills:_
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies that resonate with target audiences.

_Analytical Skills:_
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Ability to use analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends.

_Project Management:_
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources for marketing campaigns.

_Communication and Interpersonal Skills:_
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, design, and product teams.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of marketing professionals.

_Industry Knowledge:_
  • Good understanding of the online casino and gambling industry, including key trends, popular games, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and compliance issues.
  • Familiarity with market dynamics and user preferences in the online gambling sector.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Brand Strategy and Management:
_Develop Brand Guidelines:_ Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • _Brand Positioning: _Conduct market research to identify our brand's unique value propositions and position it effectively against competitors.
_Brand Messaging_: Develop and refine brand messaging to ensure it resonates with target audiences and is consistently applied across all communications.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
_Campaign Development:_ Design integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives and target key customer segments.

Execution Coordination:_ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget. _Performance Monitoring: _Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Customer Engagement, Retention, and Reactivation:
_Engagement Strategies_: Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement through personalized communication and interactive content.
  • _Retention Programs:_ Design loyalty programs and initiatives that reward long-term users and incentivize repeat visits.
_Reactivation Programs: _Design and execute programs to reactivate inactive users
  • Partnerships and Collaborations:
_Strategic Partnerships:_ Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with complementary brands and platforms to expand brand reach.

Vendor Management:_ Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring they deliver high-quality work and adhere to project timelines.
  • Team Leadership:
_Team Mentorship_: Provide guidance and support to marketing team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Collaboration:_ Promote a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php44,
  • 00 - Php81,000.00 per month
