We are looking for an Assistant Market Manager to support student recruitment activities to our university partners located in the US, UK and Canada. The location of this role will be based in Manilia, Philippines.
You will be results orientated with the capacity to build strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have a customer facing approach and provide excellent advice and guidance to prospective students and agents, and be happy to work weekends and evenings when required for student recruitment events and activities.

What you'll bring to the role
An undergraduate degree (UK/USA/Canada preferred
At least 3 years experience gained working in a responsible customer facing role
Fluent in English and Tagalog, speaking and writing
Customer focus, self-motivation, ability to prioritise effectively, be flexible and manage your time under pressure
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
High level of enthusiasm, motivation, personal commitment and independence to undertake periods of work without supervision
Problem solving and organisational skills to deal with complex and difficult situations as they arise
High level of literacy and attention to detail to produce clear concise reports
Using sales techniques, influencing applicants to accept their offers
