- Job Title: Assistant Manager - Trainer role
- Work schedule: Weekdays work schedule, fixed Sat-Sun off
- Work setup: 100% onsite, in Alabang
- Salary: 34k - 47k Package, including standard allowances
- Employment Type: Full Time
Must have experience as a trainer in banking or financial accounts- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Training Supervisor
At least 2 Years of Training Facilitation and Training Curricula creation
- Organizational Management and with excellent team initiatives/ Process-Oriented and knowledge in Pass Rate Management
Excellent Communication Skills (B2 CEF)- Excellent People Management and Individual Contributor
At least 2 Years of College degree
- BPO Training Supervisory experience preferred
Recruitment Interview > Language Assessment > Final Interview
Assessment: CEF Assessment - B2 level Requirement; Module Presentation
