Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members in executing land and industrial property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and investment advisory services.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the land and industrial sectors.
- Prepare detailed financial models, valuations, and investment memoranda for potential transactions.
- Assist in the development of pitch materials, offering memoranda, and other client-facing documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Research, Leasing, Property Management) to gather relevant information for deal execution.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing market insights and transaction support.
- Manage due diligence processes, including coordinating with third-party consultants and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on transaction progress, ensuring timely execution and closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
- Stay updated on market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on land and industrial sectors.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and investment analysis. Understanding of local and regional land and industrial markets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Real estate license and /or professional designations (e.g., CCIM, SIOR) are a plus.
