The role is responsible for service operations management to ensure excellent customer service and after sales customer experience.
- Assist in managing day-to-day service operation
Manage end to end operational practices for the execution of processes and services.- Minimize incidents and disruption that can lead to unsatisfactory service
Ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively and provides excellent customer service experience from attendance to repair completion
- Lead in strategic service experience that enhance the customer after sales experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
3-7 years experience in a similar role- With technical and sales experience in the field of
Generator Set repairs / preventive maintenance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
