Job Function:Responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance and management of administrative and engineering operation for the store and building facility (stand-alone / stores with mall).
- Manage general maintenance and engineering
Lead construction and renovation
- Facilitate vendor management
Manage tenant relation and coordination
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), preferably Licensed
At least three (3) years or work experience in Property/Building/Facilities Management- Knowledgeable in Building and Equipment Maintenance Methods, Operating Requirements, and Safety Precautions
