Job Description

Mission of Function

The Corporate Finance team acts as the in-house financial adviser, supporting Business Development Units and Senior Management in the area of high corporate finance. The Corporate Finance Assistant Manager's work will be used by the Corporate Finance Managers or AVP to advise Senior Management to make strategic capital investment decisions. An efficient multi-tasker working on multiple projects at a time, he/she will focus on the details.

Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, reporting, and compliance. Financial Modelling and Investment Analysis experience for 1 - 2 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (CFA, FMVA, AFM) is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools and MS Excel
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tax technology systems.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
