Job Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
At least two (2) years of proven experience in local government laws and regulations especially in retail business.- Strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify compliance gaps, and develop effective solutions.
Capability to conduct legal and regulatory research.
- Ability to manage and coordinate compliance-related projects and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection protocols.- Ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation
Secure documents from various government agencies.- Timely payment of taxes and related compliance processes.
Process permits in relation to maintaining a store.
- Monitor andupdateall necessary permitsannually or on a periodic basis.
Monitor and renew before expiration / insurance of company properties (e.g. stores, vehicles, and buildings).- Monitor and renew all business permit and BIR documents.
File BIR e-sales report within deadline.
- File documents such as contract, agreement, permit and BIR documents.
Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.- Provide detail report on company's compliance with laws and regulation.
Perform tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.
