BASIC FUNCTIONS
The Internal Auditor is responsible in the preparation, monitoring and review of various collection reports. He/She is also tasked to review the internal processes with financial impact
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews the reconciliation of daily collection report vs the daily deposit report (KASAL)
- Prepares, monitors and update the loan monitoring schedule showing loan availments, monthly amortization schedule based on SOA, and remaining loan balance.
- Monitors the preparation of vouchers and release of payments through check or debit memos
- Prepares reconciliation report to check GCASH, Debit and Credit Card Settlements vs the bank credits.
- Review AR and Collection Report of Foreign Students
- Prepare fee structure and table of fees for new offerings
- Reviews and monitors the School Automate Enhancement procedures and implementation
- Performs audit tasks based on Operational Processes to be reviewed (i.e Fixed Assets Process, Payroll Process, Inventory Management, Student Remittances, System Audit among others)
- Reviews and monitor withholding and remittance of statutory deductions
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification
Academic:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- with CPA License
Work experience:
- 2-3 years experience in related field
- Preferably with experience in an auditing firm
WORK SCHEDULE
- Needs to render forty eight (48) hours a week
