- Prepares a working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation project
- Takes charge of proper assignment of projects to supervisors and project engineers
- Sees to it that all the necessary documents are complete in each project
- Implements effective monitoring and control of manpower tools
- Assists superior in weekly coordination meetings
- Monitors closely the progress of the installation project as to budget, expense control, timely completion, and quality of work of his people
- Assists in the implementation of training programs for the upliftment of skills of workers
- Monitors strict implementation of safety programs and sees to it that his men strictly observe the company rules and safety regulations in the project
- Assists in the review of contract conditions
- Attends to job site coordination meetings and weekly coordination meetings with supervisors and project engineers
- Ensures timely billing of all projects and follows up payments
- Approves time tickets of all personnel in his area
(5-day workweek) Mon-Fri/Tue-Sat 8 AM to 5 PM
Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed
Preferably with at least 10 years of experience in the Elevator/Escalator industry
Must have excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
Capable of negotiating effectively with other prospective clients and subcontractors
Capable of teaching and training people
