Duties:
_HRD Functions:_
- Reviews manpower advertisements, employment contracts and all documents pertinent to recruitment and/or personal movements
Administers and/or presents proposals to upgrade existing company policies, procedures, rules/regulations and company granted or statutory benefits- Assists in the implementation and administration of company policies, procedures, rules and regulations
Plans and conceptualizes the training program of employees
- Performs labor relations work to ensure harmonious relationship between the management and employees
Assists in the development of the company's job evaluation and prepares the tables of organization and job descriptions
_Admin Functions:_- Conducts regular meeting with Admin Group personnel with the end view of maintaining efficiency and improving services
Reviews all reports submitted by the Admin Group personnel
- Drafts memorandum for general circulation
Job Specifications
- College graduate; preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science major or equivalent
At least 5 years supervisory or managerial experience in either engineering/technical or retail organization- Well versed on laws and mandatory regulations, updated on changes in legislation that affect the workplace
Hands-On HR Experience: Technical Recruitment, Wage & Benefits Administration Timekeeping, Labor Relations, Support Services (Purchasing & Warehousing)
- Preferably with experience in managing messengerial, building/ground maintenance, and security services and understanding of various administrative functions within an organization
Able to oversee the management of a computerized HR database/system- With excellent labor-management relations skills, capable of maintaining harmonious relationships between staff and management
With proficiency in composing memoranda, correspondence, policies, and procedures in both English and Filipino
