JOB DESCRIPTIONSTo Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department from End-to-end Recruitment to exit procedures, performance review, disciplinary actions and learning and development. To provide quality based results to improve the company performance.
_Recruitment_
- Maintain recruitment strategies and activities.
Assist Managing Director in screening resumes and handling hiring platforms for strong pipeline of candidates- Conduct Job Analysis, prepare Job specification and description
Conducting orientation for new hires
- Setting and achieving HR Targets
_Policies_
- Evaluate, create, recommend and Implement Policies that will fit the company
Ensuring that employees comply with company policies and procedures- Improve existing policies, processes, procedures, documentation and reporting to provide better management
_Employee Engagement_- Managing Employee relations matter with staff and management levels with confidentiality to maintain a healthy work environment
Enhance overall performance and engagement of the company
- Provide Training for development and enhancement
Develops and recommends appropriate criteria for employee Performance Management System for periodic performance appraisals in increasing and sustaining higher employee performance
_Recordkeeping_- Overseeing and monitoring of Manpower Attendance
Responsible for timekeeping of Attendance summary needed for payroll
- Generate HR analysis and reports on various metrics- Headcount, turnover, Salary structure and annual management plan
_Compensation and Benefits_
- Establishes, reviews and update of salary structures
Ensure the accuracy and reporting of all benefit information pertaining to deductions, changes, and exceptions;
_Employee and Labor Relations_- Knowledgeable and compliant to The Philippine Labor Law
Handles all employee disciplinary cases with company due process
_Separation_
- Process employee clearance
Conduct exit interview (if necessary)- Ensure the return of company equipment, confidential equipment, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of a Bachelor degree, preferably Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
With at least 5 years and above experience in solid HR related work
- Well verse in recruitment and negotiating skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point)- Experience in Heavy Equipment and Construction Industry is a plus
Experience in Employee Relation and Philippine law
- Experience in processing and managing employee disciplinary cases
Preferably residing in Quezon City or willing to work in Congressional, Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
