- Manage customer service team and operations team.
- Analyzes and solves problems and concerns affecting sales.
- Responsible for overseeing, supervising and participating in the activities of customer service and operations team.
- Will ensure best customer service and cleaning experience are rendered to all clients.
- Well-organized and detailed-oriented.
- People-oriented, flexible, can work under varying degrees of pressure.
- Strong sales background is required for this position.
- Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong.
- Preferable with housekeeping experience but not required.
- At least 3 years of supervisory working experience.
