Assistant General Manager requirements and qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Similar
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Administration or similar. Experience in Sales & Marketing Management is a plus
Dynamic, aggressive, and a responsible team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent and advocate complex business or technical concepts.
Understanding of the shopping and commerce ecosystem, and experience building and scaling consumer or merchant products.
Experience operating within and/or leading cross-functional teams (e.g. product management, implementation, legal finance, marketing, etc.
Innovative thinker with the ability to grow in ambiguity and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, builds relationships, and imports talent and ideas tp achieve a broader organizational goal.
Ability to work under pressure and has strong problem-solving abilities
Strong decision-making capabilities
4 years of experience with people management
