Assistant Design Manager (Horizontal)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Design Manager in fulfilling all project requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and colleagues across different business units to integrate design efforts effectively.
• Review and ensure the completeness of documents throughout all drawing and documentation phases.
• Oversee assigned consultants work to ensure adherence to deliverables and deadlines.
• Receive, archive, and distribute project-related documents efficiently.
• Initiate and maintain organized documentation systems to uphold consistency and accuracy of information.
• Produce AutoCAD and rendered drawings as needed to support design development and presentations.
• Coordinate with specialist consultants and suppliers to obtain necessary design information and specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture; professional license in Architecture required.
• 4-6 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in both high-rise and horizontal projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Corel, or other graphic design software essential.
• Experience with a real estate developer is advantageous, along with familiarity in golf course design and development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
