General Duties
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee and monitor submission, consolidation, conduct review of all Service and Project Management Consultant vendors contract exposure status Ongoing, Completed, Terminated/Augmented, Newly awarded. Review and update awarded contract cost in coordination it Project Cost monitoring group.
2. Ensure all vendor performance and evaluation report facilitation, approval and consolidated update of reports within the schedule.
3. Ensure all vendors contracts remaining balance from SAP system have verified.
4. Analyze and categorize Vendors Performance Issues & concerns. Prepare Vendors special report as requested.
5. Ensure Evaluation of vendor work progress/accomplishment status and assess qualified for Vendor Performance Evaluation.
6. Ensure Shortlist approval and PAG certification / Vendor accreditation for all shortlisted Vendors. Prepare VPER & Contract Exposure Report request for all Service and Project Management Consultant Vendors and VPER report request.
7. Conduct site audit in relation to above function as needed.
8. Perform other duties that may assigned from time to time.

Professional Eligibility
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accounting and or other related course
Skills
1. With knowledge/background in SAP System is an advantage
2. With Six sigma yellow belt certification is an advantage
3. Certified Auditor / Lead Auditor in any related field
4. Highly organized individual and can work in minimal supervision. A Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
5. Proficient in MS Excel function and other MS Office application. Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies / IT savvy
6. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong leadership
7. Support diverse and inclusive work environment
8. Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
Education
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accounting and or other related course
Experience
Preferably with at three (5) year experience in data analytics/cost accounting and auditing. Worked Construction/Real Estate industry is an advantage and or ISO certified company.

Cost Engineering - Asst Mngr
The Cost Engineering - Contract Exposure & Vendor Performance Evaluation Report Monitoring
Responsible in ensuring that Performance of all qualified Vendors in projects have evaluated according to schedule and criteria. Ensure that all vendor contract exposure have reviewed and verified according to submitted project cost monitoring report. Overall consolidation & updating of VPER & Contract Exposure Masterfile, preparation and ensure that all Vendor Contract Exposure Report and Vendor Performance Evaluation Report for BAC shortlisting, Bonds & Insurance extension and other SMDC affiliates request release within the schedule.
Coordinates with: All Project Team, Procurement, CM- SAP CRM Group, Engineering Design Review & Management Group
