- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Support the Executive Chef in the execution of daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen station, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and stocking of kitchen supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the training of new kitchen staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Handle and store food products properly to prevent contamination and ensure freshness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
